Neck Pain

Neck pain can cause headaches, shoulder pain, or sometimes can bring on arm pain and nerve symptoms into the hand.

It can be influenced by our sleep, working positions, stress, and many other factors.

Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can come on for no specific reason, or something more obvious like a fall or lifting a weight too heavy for you.

It can feel heavy, stop you reaching above head, or make sleeping uncomfortable.

Joint Pain

Osteopaths treat the whole body, top to toe. No matter where our pain is there is something we can do to help.

Headaches and Dizziness

These can be life changing or incredibly frustrating. Tension type headaches and dizziness can stop you living the life you want.

We can help reduce the muscular tension in the neck and shoulders, making you feel better. In some types of dizziness (BPPV) we can perform certain maneuvers that can really make a difference.
